1. Introduction

Welcome to REKELL_TECH. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of plumbing materials, pumps, and related services through our website, WhatsApp platform, and physical showroom. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

• 2.1. Placing Orders: Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

• 2.2. Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity or refuse service to any customer.

• 2.3. Stock Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

• 3.1. Currency: All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).

• 3.2. Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.

• 3.3. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

  • Mobile Money: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AT Money.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within Accra (subject to approval).

  • Bank Transfer: For bulk/corporate orders.

• 3.4. Payment Terms: Full payment is required before delivery for all orders outside of Accra. For COD orders, payment must be made immediately upon receipt of goods.

4. Delivery Policy

• 4.1. Delivery Area: We primarily deliver within the Greater Accra Region. Deliveries to other regions can be arranged via third-party transport at the customer’s cost.

• 4.2. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and the volume of materials (e.g., large pipes vs. small fittings).

• 4.3. Site Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible. If our vehicle cannot access the site, goods will be offloaded at the nearest accessible point.

• 4.4. Risk of Loss: Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the goods are delivered and signed for.

5. Returns and Refunds

• 5.1. Inspection: Customers must inspect all materials upon delivery. Any defects or shortages must be reported immediately to the delivery driver or within 24 hours.

• 5.2. Returnable Items: Unused, uncut, and undamaged standard items may be returned within 3 days for an exchange or store credit.

• 5.3. Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned:

  • Pipes that have been cut to specific lengths at your request.

  • Items damaged due to negligence after delivery.

  • Special order items not usually kept in stock.

6. Product Descriptions

We aim to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product packaging or minor details may vary from the images shown on the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yaaba Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products (e.g., delays in your construction project due to late delivery).

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
