  • Use the platform for activities involving violence, hate, or adult content.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Transactions Between Users

ShopPaddy is a listing and connection platform, not an escrow or payment intermediary.

  • We do not guarantee any listing, seller, or buyer.
  • We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or product/service quality.
  • All transactions are made at your own discretion and risk.

We encourage users to meet in safe public places and verify products before making payments.

7. Featured Listings & Promotions

ShopPaddy offers paid promotional features such as:

  • Bump Ups
  • Top Ads
  • Membership Plans

All promotional purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be granted only in cases of technical error on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

  • ll trademarks, graphics, and logos related to ShopPaddy are our property.
  • You retain rights to your own content but grant ShopPaddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your listing on our platform and social channels.
